Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to your package.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original boxes with all tags attached, ensuring dance shoes have not been worn on hard surfaces or show signs of use.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
